Here is the way to speed up the internet in your mobile as well as in your PC while using Airtel GPRS
In Handset:• Open Internet Settings,then Internet Profiles & Edit the Mobile Office Profile.
• Enable Proxy and Set the Proxy address as 202.56.231.117
• Restart your Handset.
In PC:• After Setting the Proxy in your Mobile,Restart and Connect to PC.
• Open Control Panel and then Phone and Modem Options.
• Select the Modem Tab and then Select your Phone's Modem,Right Click on that and select Properties.(Select USB WMC Modem not USB Data Modem)
• In the Properties Dialog Box,Select Advanced Tab.
• Check the Extra Initialization Commands Box.
• Copy & Paste the Following: AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","airtelgprs.com","",0,0
• Click OK and Restart your Machine.
• Enable Proxy and Set the Proxy address as 202.56.231.117
• Restart your Handset.
In PC:• After Setting the Proxy in your Mobile,Restart and Connect to PC.
• Open Control Panel and then Phone and Modem Options.
• Select the Modem Tab and then Select your Phone's Modem,Right Click on that and select Properties.(Select USB WMC Modem not USB Data Modem)
• In the Properties Dialog Box,Select Advanced Tab.

• Click OK and Restart your Machine.
